Description of the Langer study of compliance (photocopier) & questions to help students
identify key features of the resarch design.  They are then given outlines of three
techniques for obtaining compliance (foot in door, refuse & retreat, social proof) and 
invited to design studies to investigate each of them.

For an ALF-type extension, get students to swap studies and suggest improvements, then
reappraise their own designs to see if they could be made better.
