Guidance: Helps you keep track of student marks and module performance against target grades.
You will need to enter a target minimum grade for each student.  Use the 'add task' button to enter 
a new piece of assessed work.  The spreadsheet keeps a running average of marks and alerts you if 
a student is over or under performing.  A basic help function is included.

On the A2 version, when you input raw coursework marks the sheet calculates a UMS based on grade
boundaries for previous years.  These are *estimates* only, so beware.

These sheets are AQA only because of the module weightings and coursework UMS conversion.  Feel free
to adapt the sheet for other specs (but send a copy to psychlotron!).  This should be fairly
straightforward if you know your way around Excel and have a couple of hours.
