Guidance:

Activity introducing the idea of evaluation (AO2) and the concepts of external validity 
(ecological & sampling validity).  Students use criteria of external validity to 
assess & make structured notes on any three studies (either you or they can choose).
These notes then form the basis for short evaluation paragraphs, with an example to 
follow.
