Guidance: Individual or small group activity.  Start by getting every 
student to formulate an opinion on whether LT is a plausible explanation 
of phobia acquisition (e.g. all of them think & write, then ask Qs).  They 
will need some learning resources for the research part (e.g. a selection 
of different texts).  Finish the activity by asking students if they have 
changed their minds from their original position.
