Details: Slides on formal operations.  For the 'pendulum problem' section I
divide the students into 'children' and 'researchers'.  The 'children' have to solve the
pedulum problem usind equipment borrowed from the science dept. 
(make sure any physics students are 'researchers') whilst the
researchers observe and make notes on strategies.  Follow up questions can
be asked of the researchers to see if they have identified relevant features.
